Program Fee Information

Bariataric Program Fee:

There is a bariatric program fee of $200.00 that covers all of the administrative costs associated with data outcomes tracking, support group materials, program supplies, education materials, seminars, website maintenance and credentialing. This fee is non-billable to the patient’s insurance and is the sole responsibility of the patient to make this payment. The program fee is not due until your surgery has actually been authorized and scheduled and you are given a pre-operative date/time. The balance is due in full at the time of your pre-operative appointment with us.

HealthStyles Additional Information: 

While the consultation with the exercise physiologist at Windber Medical Center is a mandatory part of the weight loss surgery pre-operative work-up and we encourage all clients to exercise, we do not require that you join HealthStyles or any other exercise programs.
